Creating Tomorrow Trust Annual Reports & Financial Statements (Company Accounts)

Academy Trusts are independent charitable companies and are required to prepare an Annual Report and Financial Statements to the 31st August each year.

After the financial year-end, these accounts are audited by independent registered auditors.  They are also discussed and agreed annually at the Academy's Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is open to the public and normally held in December each year.

The date, time, location for this AGM is advertised in advance on this website.

Notice of: Annual General Meeting 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Creating Tomorrow Trust 2023 will be held with the public and externals attending, date to be confirmed. 

Date of meeting: 21st December 2023

Time of meeting: 5.15pm - 5.45pm

The annual report and accounts are submitted to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), normally in the December and filed with Companies House.
