Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we hope that the headteacher will transfer to Creating Tomorrow and continue in their role at the school.
No. All staff will be transferred to Creating Tomorrow via TUPE on the same terms and conditions.
Officially the board will be dissolved and overall responsibility for the school will now transfer to Creating Tomorrow's Board of Trustees. They will appoint a Local Governing Board (LGB) as per our Scheme of Delegation to ensure local governance and accountability.
However, we would welcome former governors to apply to join the LGB. - we always welcome experienced governors and trustees.
No, unless there is a specific reason to change the name identified in the onboarding process or a reason to refresh the branding, there is no requirement to change the school's name.
We will ask you to add our Education Partner logo to your signage and communications where relevant though.
During the onboarding process, we will identify system differences and work out a plan to transfer the school to the same suite of systems we use across our trust over a period of time.
We use Arbor, MyConcern and Microsoft 365 amongst other systems. These will be the systems we move across first. A new website will be built over time on the same platform as our other sites.
We don't dictate uniform, it is the decision of local leadership and the Local Governing Board.
Decisions on term dates and school opening hours remain at local level. However, our schools have chosen to align term dates across the trust. to enable a two-week October half-term.
For all-year round staff, we have a full shut down across the trust for the two-week Christmas holiday period to enable everyone across the trust to have a proper break.

Our 3-year financial strategy is innovative in that we charge a top slice plus a contribution to reserves to ensure there is money for longer-term investment. We benchmark our costs regularly to ensure we are offering value for money and utility spending is pooled, with schools/college being charged pro-rata by student numbers.
So long as spending remains within agreed limits, any remaining surplus from your budget can be retained and spent by the school locally to meet your development plan objectives.
We will discuss how it works fully as part of the due diligence process.
No. Each of our education settings has unique cohorts and imposing a set curriculum would not allow the flexibility needed to provide the best outcomes for the students. However, we do have underlying education principals, practice and pedagogy - read our Educational Strategy here.
We share best practice across our sites though - for example, Wren Spinney is an Equals exemplar school, Isebrook is a Thrive enabled school and the College has an innovative post-16 preparation for adulthood curriculum. Our approach to continuous improvement, however, is central to all that we do, and support is drawn from across our partnerships of schools and colleges.
You can read about the process here, but our experienced teams have successfully converted several schools to date.
Our HR, IT, Operations, Governance, Communications and Finance teams are here to help with their expertise, taking away most of the pressure, enabling your teams to focus on your students, rather than paperwork.
Our legal and operations teams will review all contracts, and we'll work with you to identify which ones would benefit from transferring to a trust-level contract, saving you money, which are no longer needed, and which are local contracts to needed to help you deliver the best education to your students.
