At Creating Tomorrow Trust, celebrating learner creativity and achievement is at the heart of what we do. Recently, we brought together learners from across our secondary sites for a truly special experience watching their very own hoody designs come to life.
The learners selected for this opportunity were chosen not just for their artistic flair, but for the effort, commitment, and resilience they have shown in their education. This was a moment to recognise and reward their hard work and to show them just how far their ideas can go.
We were fortunate to be joined by Lawrence Watson from Amazon, who gave both learners and staff an insightful introduction to the world of clothing printing. From understanding the process to seeing professional techniques in action, it was a brilliant chance for learners to link creativity with real-world industry practice.
The highlight of the day was seeing learner designs printed onto hoodies right before their eyes. The excitement and pride were clear as their sketches transformed into wearable art a lasting reminder of what they can achieve when creativity meets opportunity.
This experience doesn’t end here. Learners’ designs and photos from the day will go on to be featured in the 2026 Amazon Charity Calendar, meaning their efforts will be celebrated far beyond the classroom and seen by a much wider audience.
We are beyond grateful to Amazon for their ongoing support and commitment to Creating Tomorrow. Opportunities like this open learners’ eyes to new possibilities, provide them with routes into work, builds confidence, and help them see the real-world impact of their skills.
Together, we are creating memorable experiences that inspire learners today ,and prepare them for the opportunities of tomorrow.
Congratulations to all the learners involved, your creativity, effort, and commitment have truly shone through.
